This week we had our second visit to see Harold and Kapa in the Life Education van. We learnt more about healthy eating as well as learning about parts of our bodies and our senses.
On Tuesday Mr Dewar came to read Tatiana's welcome to school book to the whole class.
With the nice weather outside some students decided to use the chalk outside and become street artists.
Swimming lessons continued this week.
On Thursday we had a follow up activity from our Life Education truck visit and we made delicious fruit kebabs.
On Friday the 19 Students graduating from Room 14 went to visit their new Classroom Room 8 and meet their new teacher Julie. They joined in the Rainbow Team Kapa Haka. After that they did a guided drawing of Harold the Giraffe. In the second session they did some amazing writing with their new teacher.
In Room 14 for Ready Steady Go, the students also did a guided drawing of Harold the giraffe from the Life Education truck.
